At Reed-Lane, we are dedicated to excellence in pharmaceutical packaging.Located in Wayne, NJ, our team works collaboratively to deliver high-quality packaging solutions to our valued customers. Our office staff is onsite 100% of the time to collaborate with and support the packaging plant and their day-to-day efforts.
Whatyou’lldo
As theAccount/Customer Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managingcustomerrelationships, helping to develop packaging records for the packaging site to deliver finished goods to the customer.Yourdaywill include:
Gatherorderinformation from salestounderstand customer requirements
Be the point person for customers communicatingdirectlyto understandtheir product, artwork, packaging components,etc.
Create processes for each customer, document, and coordinatewithinternal teams to achieve customer results
Partner closelywith purchasing, shipping, warehouse, engineering, etc.
